In my last articles, I have discussed the methods to exfoliate and treat the dry skin. Whatever types of skin you possess, after a certain age it faces one or the other skin problem.

Our face skin is paid more attention every time. To keep fighting anti-aging and other skin problems, here forwarded are some more tips to treat different facial skin problems.

  1. Fight free radicals

HONEY AND EPSOM SALT MASK

Epsom salt makes wonder on the skin. It is a pure mineral containing magnesium sulfate when combines with honey provide the best hydrating face mask. It is useful in fighting radicals and alleviates inflammation.

  • 2 tablespoons of Epsom salt + 2 tablespoons of honey
  • Mix it well to create a smooth paste
  • Apply it on your face and leave it for 30 minutes
  • Wash it off with normal water and pat the skin dry

 

  1. Soothing inflamed skin

VITAMIN E OIL AND AVACADO MASK

Avocado is useful in restoring dry and damaged skin. Vitamin E is known for its powerful anti-inflammatory properties. Green leafy vegetables are the natural sources for vitamin E, but it is also available in capsules. These capsules are easily available anytime in a medical store.

  • Vitamin E + avocado
  • Remove skin from the avocado and mash it well
  • Add it 1 teaspoon vitamin oil and make a smooth paste
  • Apply it on the face and let it stay there for 20 minutes
  • Wash it off with normal water

 

  1. Brighten your skin

STRAWBERRY AND YOGURT MASK

Yogurt is used to exfoliate the skin. It contains lactic acid that helps to break dead skin. Polyphenols, anthocyanins, vitamin C, and quercetin are the antioxidants present in strawberry. The quality properties from strawberry and yogurt combine to produce an excellent hydrating mask which results in brightening the skin. Honey also plays a major role in addition to strawberry and yogurt.

  • Mash 3-4 ripe strawberries in a bowl
  • Add it with yogurt and mix it well
  • Blend the mixture properly with 1 teaspoon of honey
  • Prepare a smooth paste and apply it on your face
  • Let it stay there for 15-20 minutes
  • Wash it off with normal water

 

  1. Fight wrinkles

PAPAYA AND HONEY MASK

Papain is the compound found only in papaya. It is known for removing impurities and unclogging pores. Vitamin C, beta hydroxy acid and flavonoid are present in papaya.

  • Papaya + honey + milk
  • Clean papaya skin and seeds
  • Mash the clean papaya and 1 tablespoon of honey and 2 tablespoons of milk
  • Blend all the ingredients until there forms a smooth paste
  • Apply it on the face and leave it there for nearly 20 minutes
  • Wash the face with normal water

 

  1. Add mineral to your skin

YEAST HYDRATING FACE MASK

Minerals like chromium, selenium, and vitamin B are present in Brewer’s yeast. The vitamins and minerals play an essential role to keep the skin healthy and hydrated. It greatly prevents wrinkles.

  • Take 1 tablespoon of brewer’s yeast and add it with 1 tablespoon of honey
  • Mix it well and add one-fourth cup of milk
  • Make a smooth paste and apply it on the face
  • Let it stay there for 15-20 minutes
  • Wash it off with normal water

 

Important note:-

Before applying any of the face masks, wash your face with water and pat it dry. After applying the face mask, close your eyes and relax peacefully for the given time. Avoid doing anything. You can listen to any soft music. The excellent face mask shows its effects even more if you relax your complete body and mind and feel good with wonderful thoughts in you. Music is the best way to it.
